Sweets is recognized as a change agent and is known for her gentle yet motivating guidance. She inspires individuals to step beyond their comfort zones and explore new relational territories. Through her inspirational and transformational approach, Sweets fosters growth within individuals and across teams, empowering them to reach greater depth and breadth in their personal and professional development.

 

What she values most about this work is the opportunity to guide others into deeper intimacy with themselves, each other, and their lived experiences. Sweets values her role as a bridge builder— who nurtures deep listening, healing, and authentic connection. She is committed to contributing to a world where people are seen and celebrated in their full humanity.

​In her free time, Sweets enjoys immersing herself in nature through bird watching, nature walks, and bike riding. She also loves songwriting and playing guitar, but above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her wife and their fur baby, Ellie.

Deneen is excited about being with what is. She plays and works in the field of "what wants to happen now" by embodying curiosity and the willingness to meet the moment. After living 50 plus years, she has discovered that the moment and what is happening in her while attending to the moment can be a doorway to the larger experience of Being.

 

Deneen serves as an evolutionary coach and specializes in following areas: mediation, relational advising, and acceptance. She has extensive training and certifications in relational leadership and authentic relating. She has 20+ years of in-depth experience supporting individuals expand skillsets in conscious communication and relationships. 

 

Deneen helps her clients discover obstacles to accessing more freedom, resting more deeply and having harmonious and functional relationships. She finds delight in supporting individuals explore habitual behavior patterns and trigger responses. Deneen is known for her masterful guidance, illumination, reflection, that supports the unraveling of dysfunctional patterns and interpersonal challenges. Deneen brings an unflinching presence and offers heart-centered guidance that leads clients towards deeper truths, and clearer seeing. Devoted to her own evolutionary journey, she finds delight in supporting others actively participate in theirs, exploring what’s underneath and behind. 

 

She has previous careers in private childcare, private chef, owned a yoga studio and was a yoga teacher and mentor for 18 years. She comes with a diverse spread of professional adventures that consists of engaging people directly to Be with what is alive and possible inside of the relating.
