The Authentic Relating Experience is a facilitated, interactive, and experiential community-oriented sacred space—but think of it as a sacred playground for the soul! It’s designed to help you dive into the depth and richness of relationship, both with yourself and others.
Through guided practices, interactive exercises ad games, you’re invited to:
Discover your "Relational Dance": Get curious about the recurring patterns in how you show up in relational moments. Finding acceptance around all the flavors of your humanity and leaving with a lingering curiousity about all that you are.
Flex Your Presence Muscles: Practice honesty, curiosity, and empathy in a way that feels refreshing and enlivening. Relating from a presence-based location of the here and now.
